This Privacy Policy explains how PARSONS CO. LLC (“we,” “us”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use the Loosy In The Sky app (the “App”). By using the App, you agree to this Policy.
1. Information You Provide
When you create an account we collect your email address and password. You may also add your name, phone number, and date of birth. If you are the performer, you may add a stage name, bio, photos, videos, social links, and merchandise designs.
2. Bookings, Tips & Orders
When you book a performance, send a tip, or buy merchandise, we collect the details needed to complete it — for example event details, amounts, and (for merch) the shipping address you provide. Card payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store your full card number.
3. Location Information
When the performer goes “Live,” the App broadcasts the performer's device location so fans can find the show on the map. Location is only shared while Live and stops when the performer ends the session. Fans' locations are not tracked or broadcast.
4. Automatically Collected Information & Analytics
We use Google Analytics for Firebase to collect usage and diagnostic data — such as in-app interactions, device type, operating system, app version, and a device/installation identifier — to operate, secure, and improve the App. If you enable notifications, we also collect a push notification token. We do not use this information to track you across other companies' apps or websites, we do not use it for third-party advertising, and we do not share it with data brokers.
5. Device Permissions
With your permission, the App may access your device camera and photo library (to add photos and videos), your location (as described above, only while a performer is Live), and notifications. You can grant or revoke these permissions at any time in your device Settings.
6. How We Use Information
We use information to: create and manage your account; provide bookings, tips, merchandise, and live-location features; process payments; communicate with you about your account or activity; and maintain the security and reliability of the App.
7. How We Share Information
We share information only as needed to run the App: with service providers that power our features — Google Firebase (authentication, database, storage, analytics, and push notifications), Stripe (payments), and Prodigi (merchandise printing and fulfillment); with the performer when you book or interact with them; and when required by law or to protect rights and safety. We require these service providers to handle your information consistent with this Policy and to provide the same or a comparable level of protection of your data as described here. We do not sell your personal information.
8. Data Retention
We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the App and meet legal obligations. You may delete your account from the App (or by contacting us), after which we remove or de-identify your personal data except where retention is required by law.
9. Your Choices
You can review and update your details in the App, manage notification preferences in Settings, and delete your account. To request access to or deletion of your data, contact us at loosyapp@gmail.com.
10. Children's Privacy
The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
11. Security
We use industry-standard safeguards, including encrypted connections and trusted infrastructure (Google Firebase), to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above, and where appropriate we will notify you in the App.
